3D games; the name itself is suggestive of 3D images of the fictitious characters and the scenario. 3D games are theme based i.e. it might be a war scenario or a puzzle. The whole depiction with 3D games looks very authentic and makes it engrossing. Included in these are famous war games and car racing. Appearance of objects flying towards the player adds to the excitement and makes the settings even more realistic. The images are magnified and colorful which makes them more alluring.

There are Barbie 3D games designed specially for the girls. The games have a fairy tale theme and have lots of dream sequence. However these games are not suitable for kids below 12 years. In addition a lot of games which have very descriptive images and violence are meant for adults. Care should be therefore exercised that these games are not played by small children or teenagers as they might have a negative impact on their tender minds. Strict laws laid down for the sale of these games needs to be abided.

Car games and puzzle games are ideal for smaller children as well as teenagers since they provide all round fun and excitement. However there are lots of educational games for kids enabling them in their personality development. Parents should emphasize more on these games. However at the same time they should keep a watch that their kids are not playing 3 D games for longer hours.
